President

The President shall:

• Preside over all General Meetings of the Association including the annual or extra ordinary meeting and the meetings of, the Executive Committee.
• Represent the association when so ever a formal representation is necessary.
• Exercise all the powers and functions of a Chairman in the meetings of the General Body and Executive Committee including giving a casting vote in case of tie.
• Perform such other function as might be required by the rules or by the Executive Committee Genera! meetings of the, association. e) He can also convey the General Body Meeting.
