The Secretary shall subject to control and supervise of the Executive Committee.
  • Be in charge of the day to day management of the Bolds and affairs of-the association.
  • Give effect to the resolutions of the General Meetings and the Executive Committee,
  • Spend the funds of the Association in accordance with budget in paying the salaries of the Staffs, furniture and for other purposes connected with the management ofthe Association, provided that, no expenditure on any particular item exceeding Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only) shall be incurred without prior approval ofthe Executive Committee.
  • convene all meetings ofthe Association and Executive Committee.
  • Maintain the minutes of meetings of the Association and the proceeding of the Executive Committee and ofany other committee appointed either by the Association or the Executive Committee.
  • Generally supervise the working of the various activities of the association.
  • perform such, other function, as it may be required to perform by the Executive Committee and the Association in accordance with the objects of the association.
  • To exercise control over the employees of the Association including power of suspension & power to give appointment and of dismissal/removal of the employees with approval of the Executive Committee after proper enquiry.
  • Can appoint one Office Assistant (With Computer Knowledge) for the official works of the Bar association.
  • Can issue an Experience Certificate after receiving an Undertaking mentioning therein the tenure of practice along with a Affidavit sworn by the applicant member.
