Accountability Of The Executive Committee:

• Bank Account shall be only operated by the Secretary and the Treasurer jointly.
• The previous Executive Body who has not submitted the Audit Report will be liable for the Criminal Proceeding and the Executive Body will recover the amount from the concerned body after placing the same before the General Body.
• The Executive Body can seek Show Cause from the members for any misconduct. The Election Officer if necessary issue Show Cause Notice to outgoing Executive Committee and contesting candidate for smooth conducting of Election.
• All the assets of the Bar association to be insured.
• Every property details should be handed over by the Executive Committee to the next Executive Committee.
