Membership Subscription

The monthly subscription shall be Rs.50/-(Rupees fifty only) payable by the General members and a sum of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only) towards User Fee to be paid by all members except Honorary Members in advance and shall become due on the first day of the month. Non Payment of the Fees ceases the Rights of the members to contest in the Election or to cast their Vote in the Election.
The name of any member failing to pay monthly fees and user fees for more than three consecutive months shall be liable to be removed from the roll of the members. If the Executive Committee on application finds any justification for the nonpayment, it shall be competent for them to admit such defaulting members into membership without any penalty and readmission fees, provided the member shall clear up his/her arrear monthly dues and user fees up to the current year by 31st January in order to publish valid membership list.

WELFARE TRUST FUND : The Association shall constitute a Welfare Trust Fund and Constitute a Welfare Trust Committee consisting of 3 (three) members,
  • There shall be a Chairman from among the members of the committee nominated by the Executive Body.
  • The Secretary of the Association shall be one of the members in the said committee.
  • The Committee shall be constituted for a term of one year.
  • There shall be separate account in any of the scheduled Bank and the said account shall be operated by the Chairman of the Committee and the Secretary of the Association.
  • The financial assistance shall be extended to the members, who is in distress need in the opinion of the Welfare Committee and are said financial assistance shall be disbursed according to the availability of the funds in the Welfare Trust Account.
  • The sale proceeds of welfare stamps shall be credited to the accounts of the Welfare Trust Fund every month.
  • The "Welfare Committee" shall submit the annual account statement to the General Body of the Association by 31st January every year.


ACCOUNTS:
  • The Executive Committee shall prepare a monthly statement of accounts and publish the same in the notice Board of the Association for the information of the members. (Amended)
  • The annual accounts statement shall be prepared by the Secretary & the treasurer duly approved by the Executive Body to be published in the Notice board by 31st January every year.(Amended)
  • The Accounts of the Association shall be opened in a scheduled-Bank and the same shall be operated jointly by the Treasurer and the Secretary of the Association. (Amended)
  • - The Secretary and the treasurer can draw an amount of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty thousand only).

    -The expenses exceeding more than Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty thousand only) has to be approved by the Executive body.

    - Any Expenditure beyond Rs. 70,000/-(Rupees Seventy Thousand only) shall have the concurrence of the General Body.

    - All collections are to be made by the Secretary & receipts which are not signed by the Secretary will be deemed not to have been issued on behalf of the Association. The Secretary under no circumstances will authorize anybody else to collect any dues, fees, donations etc what-so-ever.

    - The fix deposit if any will be made jointly by the Secretary & Treasurer and that shall be operated with the prior permission of the General Body.

    - The fixed deposit amount of the association should not be withdrawn by the Executive Committee / Office Bearers without the prior approval of the General Body.
